Adam Stivala: Raven Runners: a favor to ask (really a favor for Raven_
I have an inversion table here in St. Martin which would greatly benefit Raven with his spinal stenosis. Its like new, cost me $180 a year ago, and will be pretty cheap for me to ship it from here in St. Martin to the US. The pickup location is Medley, FL just north of Doral. I would need someone to pick up the table and deliver it to Raven (maybe assemble it a bit too but that's easy). I believe inversion therapy on a daily basis would relieve a lot of Raven's symptoms and prolong his running career. Would anyone be able to pick it up? Claire Taylor: The umbrella Raven run challenge by me Sappy ^*^ it was one brutal run when facing the wind at one point didn't think I was going to make it! Thku Issie Sosa Dizzie for guiding me so I don't bump into garbage cans & stayg on track. At the beginning of every year I make a list of the things I want to accomplish before the following year (a bucket list I guess) and one of my goals for 2013 is to run with Raven. I ran with Raven 3 years ago right before I got commissioned as an Officer in the US Army. I finished the run and had to leave before Raven gave me a name. This year is going to be crazy for me. I have some schools and a possible deployment ahead.My fiancé and I are getting married on the 17th in Miami so I plan on flying in a week early from Washington just so I can run again with Raven. This time I'm NOT leaving early. I can't wait! I can't even tell you how many times I think of Raven and what he does when I find myself in stressful situations. I hope to see you all in a couple weeks!
